I needed certification for a new job.Glenn called and was able to make an appointment for the next morning! It is out of their home, which was not an issue for me, but I believe they will travel to you.The one on one instruction made it easier to learn and the process was quicker than in the past. He made sure to ask if I had any questions before moving on to next segment. And the price was below the other places I looked into..I will definitely be using this company for recertification.

 Great experience, very informative, made learning the information fun.  Affordable.  Would definitely use them again. All the evaluations written by my students rated the class and the instructors as excellent 

 Took my acls here. Pamela is such a good instructor. i had take. acls previously was was grilled every turn and made me feel less confident. After taking this with Pamela I was way more impressed with myself than i gave credit for. Coincidentally enough i had code blue situation the following week and was able to cruise through it with ease 

 Very happy with presentation and education of CPR/AED class.  Glenn was very professional and thorough.  While watching the video, if needed Glenn would pause and elaborate on what was being said, sometimes demonstrating.  Very thorough and educational.  I will recommend Glenn and Pam to future students. 

 We had the pleasure with working with Glenn with INSYNC CPR of OC and could not have had a better trainer. Our company had been in search of a CPR instructor to come to our facility to renew CPR for the staff at Bel Vista Healthcare Center. Our employees were engadged every moment of the class. Glenn also was a one stop shop. Videos were included, dummies to practice what they had learned as well as goodies. He makes awesome brownies.  We are definitely are going to hire INSYNC CPR of OC for all our staff CPR renewals.  Staff feedback was all positive. Hooray for Glenn and thank you again for the training. 

 Who said learning could not be fun? I believe this humble and patient approach to this subject is what first timers like myself needed. We were asked several times if we fully understood before we moved on to another topic and I appreciate that type of engagement. We worked as a team to fully understand how to perform CPR for example and had discussions on what style we believed was the best for us. You can tell the educator is passionate about this and made me feel in love to know how to now save a life as I was able to confidently retain all information provided. I would recommend ANYBODY to experience this class. It was not intimidating. It was a relaxed atmosphere and you will learn and walk how with confidence. They will definitely  see me in the next two years!
